Tomasz Alberski
CEOFounder and president of the agency, Tomasz has over a dozen years' experience in PR business. A former adviser to the Prime Minister, he is in charge of business development of the agency and the whole capital group as well as strategic consultancy services delivered to companies' executives and local administration units.
Anna Simon
Managing DirectorShe has been involved in the PR industry since 2007. She specializes in strategic image consulting, corporate PR, implementation of projects in the area of corporate social responsibility, conducting trainings and workshops University lecturer, an author of papers in the area of CSR, sustainable development and business ethics.
Michał Matusiewicz
Account Director, Corporate Communications DepartmentMichal has more than 10 years of professional experience. He specializes in creating and implementing internal and external communication strategies. He has also gained significant expertise in crisis management, change management and corporate social responsibility. Michal has advised leading foreign and domestic companies from various industries, such as: construction & real estate (Skanska, Budimex Nieruchomości), finance & insurance (BZ WBK, Citi Handlowy, Warta, Kruk SA), FMCG (Procter & Gamble, Unilever) and BPO (Accenture Operations).

Privately, she combines passion for social media and personal development, constantly expanding her knowledge by reading books and taking part in lectures and thematic workshops.
Jan Jasiński
Head of Corporate PracticeHe has been associated with the PR industry for over ten years, and with Komunikacja Plus for over three years. He specializes in corporate communication, IR, as well as strategic and crisis consulting. He provides comprehensive image support in agency for instance for 7R, Umicore, TRUMPF Huettinger, Górażdże Group and Business Link. Previously, he advised leading companies from the real estate (Skanska, SEGRO, Robyg), automotive (WIELTON, Renault), e-commerce (Zalando, InPost), as well as FMCG sectors (British American Tobacco). In his daily work, he concentrates on building relationships with customers, focusing on mutual timeliness, proactive attitude of the team, as well as respect and mutual trust.

Head of Employer Branding PracticeHe has been associated with Employer Branding since 2015. He has extensive experience in creating employer brand communication strategies for companies from the construction, energy, chemical, IT and new technologies sectors. He coordinated employer branding projects addressed to employees and image campaigns for potential candidates. He was responsible for internal communication, CSR and employee volunteering. He has experience in running 360 recruitment campaigns and in implementing start-up solutions in the organization.
Agata Piekarz-Urbaś
Head of Retail PracticeAgata Piekarz-Urbaś has 10 years of experience in public relations. She specializes in corporate communication, anti-crisis management and CSR projects. She has been cooperating with well- known global brands in the retail (Amazon, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Ingka Centres, Intermarché, Bricomarché), consulting (Deloitte), financial (Euronet) and fuel industry (Shell, 3M Poland). Currently, she is the Head of Retail Practice at Komunikacja Plus PR and the spokeswoman for the largest shopping center in Poland – Westfield Arkadia. A graduate of Journalism and Social Communication at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (bachelor's and master's studies). She also graduated from the University of Konstanz in Germany as part of the Erasmus program.

Wojciech Wołk-Łaniewski
PR managerExpert in the communication of projects in the field of culture, automotive, retail and interior design. He was co-responsible for the SEAT press office and the communication of the CUPRA brand launch on the Polish market – the CUPRA project #Createthepath was one of the finalists of the 2020 SABRE EMEA Awards in the category The Baltic. Katarzyna Zwolak-Szwechowicz

She comprehensively dealt with the communication of the international non-profit organization – TechSoup in Europe, supported its marketing activities in Poland. She also actively participated in projects related to communication, education and digital transformation. She supported SAP's activities in the field of corporate social responsibility by creating communication of an educational project in the STEM area. For Facebook, she co-created a communication training program for NGOs, conducted over 300 hours of stationary training and 150 hours of offline training for English-speaking recipients. Agata Berndt-Wazelin
Senior AdvisorAgata Berndt-Wazelin has over 15 years of experience in media and PR. She specializes in corporate PR and crisis communication strategies, and she also has experience in brand image, CSR and media relations. Currently, she is responsible for the communication strategy and image of Westfield Mokotów, at the same time acting as a spokesperson for this well-known shopping center. She is also responsible for Zalando's corporate communication project in Poland.
