Tomasz Alberski

CEO

Founder and president of the agency, Tomasz has over a dozen years' experience in PR business. A former adviser to the Prime Minister, he is in charge of business development of the agency and the whole capital group as well as strategic consultancy services delivered to companies' executives and local administration units.

Anna Simon

Managing Director

She has been involved in the PR industry since 2007. She specializes in strategic image consulting, corporate PR, implementation of projects in the area of corporate social responsibility, conducting trainings and workshops University lecturer, an author of papers in the area of CSR, sustainable development and business ethics.

Michał Matusiewicz

Account Director, Corporate Communications Department

Michal has more than 10 years of professional experience. He specializes in creating and implementing internal and external communication strategies. He has also gained significant expertise in crisis management, change management and corporate social responsibility. Michal has advised leading foreign and domestic companies from various industries, such as: construction & real estate (Skanska, Budimex Nieruchomości), finance & insurance (BZ WBK, Citi Handlowy, Warta, Kruk SA), FMCG (Procter & Gamble, Unilever) and BPO (Accenture Operations).

Joanna Smoleńska

Head of Social Media, Social Media Department

In Social Media field since 2014. She has experience in creating strategies, content and advertising campaigns in SoMe on the side of client and agency. She was responsible for communication, among others with brands such as: Inka, Blinkee City, 6pak Nutrition, Nevomo, Billennium, 3M. Privately, she combines passion for social media and personal development, constantly expanding her knowledge by reading books and taking part in lectures and thematic workshops.

Jan Jasiński

Head of Corporate Practice

He has been associated with the PR industry for over ten years, and with Komunikacja Plus for over three years. He specializes in corporate communication, IR, as well as strategic and crisis consulting. He provides comprehensive image support in agency for instance for 7R, Umicore, TRUMPF Huettinger, Górażdże Group and Business Link. Previously, he advised leading companies from the real estate (Skanska, SEGRO, Robyg), automotive (WIELTON, Renault), e-commerce (Zalando, InPost), as well as FMCG sectors (British American Tobacco). In his daily work, he concentrates on building relationships with customers, focusing on mutual timeliness, proactive attitude of the team, as well as respect and mutual trust.

Sebastian Kolęda

Head of Employer Branding Practice

He has been associated with Employer Branding since 2015. He has extensive experience in creating employer brand communication strategies for companies from the construction, energy, chemical, IT and new technologies sectors. He coordinated employer branding projects addressed to employees and image campaigns for potential candidates. He was responsible for internal communication, CSR and employee volunteering. He has experience in running 360 recruitment campaigns and in implementing start-up solutions in the organization.

Agata Piekarz-Urbaś

Head of Retail Practice

Agata Piekarz-Urbaś has 10 years of experience in public relations. She specializes in corporate communication, anti-crisis management and CSR projects. She has been cooperating with well- known global brands in the retail (Amazon, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Ingka Centres, Intermarché, Bricomarché), consulting (Deloitte), financial (Euronet) and fuel industry (Shell, 3M Poland). Currently, she is the Head of Retail Practice at Komunikacja Plus PR and the spokeswoman for the largest shopping center in Poland – Westfield Arkadia. A graduate of Journalism and Social Communication at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (bachelor's and master's studies). She also graduated from the University of Konstanz in Germany as part of the Erasmus program.

Mateusz Zalewski

Head of Real Estate Practice

PR specialist with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in corporate communication and media relations activities. He has cooperated with industry leaders, both in Poland and in the world, including real estate (for instance office and residential companies Skanska, Dom Development and SGI), energy (PGNiG, MOL Group, Enea), payments/financial (Visa, Mastercard, Bank Zachodni WBK) and transport industry (FedEx). He has been awarded the Silver Clip for supporting the implementation of the Export Development Program of Bank Zachodni WBK and the Silver and Bronze Clips for activities conducted for Skanska.

Dawid Bartkowski

PR Manager

He has been associated with public relations since 2016. In his professional career, he created and implemented communication strategies of the largest brands in their industries in Poland and Europe, for instance, in real estate, logistics and production sectors. He has worked for such brands as LG Energy Solution Wrocław, Bouygues Immobilier Polska, Wroclaw Airport, Robyg, GLS Poland and Netia. Currently, he creates a communication strategy and conducts key projects, e.g. for companies from the industrial, manufacturing and real estate sectors.

Bartosz Naskręski

He has been associated with the communication and media industry since 2015. In his activities, he combines the experience gained during the work as a journalist and in large corporation. He was e.g. the press spokesman and head of the press office of the Municipal Transport Company in Wroclaw. He specializes in media relations and crisis communication. Martyna Rozesłaniec

PR Manager

In Public Relations since 2013. He specializes in corporate PR and media relations. Member of the team working for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Responsible for the public relations of the Wileńska Gallery, where she acts as a press officer. She worked in press office in Polish Tourism Organization. She was a PR Manager at the Poland Innovative Foundation, responsible for 4th Congress innoSHARE. Editor-in-chief of the magazine "Sezon na Zdrowie".

Wojciech Wołk-Łaniewski

PR manager

Expert in the communication of projects in the field of culture, automotive, retail and interior design. He was co-responsible for the SEAT press office and the communication of the CUPRA brand launch on the Polish market – the CUPRA project #Createthepath was one of the finalists of the 2020 SABRE EMEA Awards in the category The Baltic. When it comes to communication, he also cooperated with such brands as Lamborghini, Bentley, Carrefour, Empik and Amazon. The translator of English- language literature.

Katarzyna Zwolak-Szwechowicz

CSR Manager

She specializes in social, educational and CSR projects. She comprehensively dealt with the communication of the international non-profit organization – TechSoup in Europe, supported its marketing activities in Poland. She also actively participated in projects related to communication, education and digital transformation. She supported SAP's activities in the field of corporate social responsibility by creating communication of an educational project in the STEM area. For Facebook, she co-created a communication training program for NGOs, conducted over 300 hours of stationary training and 150 hours of offline training for English-speaking recipients. She cooperated in multi- sector projects with entities representing various sectors, for instance NGOs, public administration, business.

Agata Berndt-Wazelin

Senior Advisor

Agata Berndt-Wazelin has over 15 years of experience in media and PR. She specializes in corporate PR and crisis communication strategies, and she also has experience in brand image, CSR and media relations. Currently, she is responsible for the communication strategy and image of Westfield Mokotów, at the same time acting as a spokesperson for this well-known shopping center. She is also responsible for Zalando's corporate communication project in Poland. For nearly 6 years she worked as a PR Manager at Nałęczów Zdrój S.A., where she was responsible for the image of Cisowianka and Cisowianka Perlage brands, all PR activities, as well as external and internal communication of the company. Before she started her professional career with PR, she cooperated with TVP (for instance with sports editors) and TVN (DDTVN).

Rafał Buława

Senior Advisor

He has been providing strategic advice to customers at the local, national and international level (CEE region) for ten years. He specializes in corporate, crisis and public affairs communication. Experienced in the field of positioning and implementation of ESG strategies. He co-created PR strategies for the largest companies e.g. from real estate, banking and insurance sector. He has advised such customers as Skanska, HSBC Bank Polska, Apsys Polska, DTZ, Polish Insurance Association, PGNiG, Samsung, British American Tobacco and Euronet. He was awarded four times in the Golden Clips competition for activities conducted with customers from the real estate sector.

Agnieszka Drogosz

Senior Advisor

She specializes in publishing projects – both printed and electronic – as well as internal communication. In Komunikacja Plus, she cooperates with companies from the e-commerce, construction and outsourcing industries and supports other PR initiatives in the field of copywriting. Previously, she worked in the financial sector, where she implemented communication projects combining PR and HR. A graduate of journalism and Polish philology.

Damian Furmańczyk

Senior Advisor

He has been associated with communication since 2013. He gained experience while working as an economic journalist in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, where he wrote about automotive industry, aviation and macroeconomics. In the PR industry, he specializes in corporate communication, media relations and text creation. He worked for companies from the business services (Accenture Operations), real estate (Robyg), technology (Somfy), construction (Skanska) and automotive sector (Volvo Trucks, Wielton). In the agency, he is responsible for extensive image and communication consulting for instance for GfK, Business Link or 7R.

Bożena Sobiech

Senior Advisor

Expert in the field of internal communication and custom publishing. She has several years of experience in providing services to companies and institutions from various industries. She comprehensively supported internal communication, for instance, in KGHM and companies from the Tauron group. She successfully created publications addressed to employees of companies and local communities, awarded, e.g. in the “Columns of the Year” industry competition. She’s been associated with Komunikacja Plus from the beginning of its existence. Previously, she was a journalist of Gazeta Wyborcza and nationwide lifestyle monthlies.
